Press Hair Bar Reviews

Calling all Ambler brides! If you want to have a fabulous hair and makeup team on your wedding day, you cannot go wrong with Press Hair Bar! Hayley did a beautiful job styling hair for my bridesmaids, my mom and myself. And Sarah did a fabulous job on everyone's makeup. They were able to create exactly the style each of us asked for. They were also incredibly efficient and got everything done on time for us to get to our venue for pictures. Press Hair Bar was conveniently located just 10 minutes from our venue (The Manor House at Prophecy Creek) so we were able to have a fun salon experience the morning of the wedding. We brought a full breakfast with us to the salon and they were so accommodating, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Also, most importantly, my curls and makeup lasted all night even after partying on the dance floor!

I can’t say enough good things about Lauren and the entire staff! From the second you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Lauren truly listens, takes her time, and makes sure you leave feeling your absolute best. The attention to detail and care she puts into her work shows, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Such a great experience every time. I highly recommend Lauren and the whole team!

I absolutely love this salon! I get my hair done by Lauren, and she always does an amazing job from color, to cut to styling. She’s also given me great product recommendations and styling tips. I could never get curls to stay in my hair until she recommended a curling iron that actually works! Since coming here, my hair has never felt smoother or healthier. I’ve also gotten a spray tan here, and it was a great experience it didn’t have a strong smell and lasted a long time. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and results!

I had my daughter’s 8th birthday at Press Bar and I cannot recommend enough! Lauren and Haley were absolutely amazing! The girls had the best time. From French braids and tinsel, to make up and making lip gloss- it was the cutest party ever! Lauren went above and beyond and was so responsive and helpful. Parties can be hectic but this was anything but. It was so easy and they did everything so nice. The girls had a blast and I am so grateful! Can’t wait to go back.

We had a great experience with the team at Press Hair Bar! We chose to go because we randomly met some of the team at their tent during arts fest last year (they were doing hair tinsel) and they were all so fun and friendly. It was my first cut at this salon, and our daughter’s first hair cut / salon experience in her life (3YO) and every team member was awesome. So patient, kind and friendly. Without asking they prepared a certificate and lock of my daughter’s hair to commemorate the event. Such a great experience for kids and adults. Lauren was so patient with my daughter, and even “blew dry” her bunny’s fur. I ended up getting over a foot cut off and I am IN LOVE with the way Lauren cut and styled my hair. I showed her a picture for inspiration and called out a couple differences. She asked the right questions, and it turned out exactly as I pictured in my mind. AND they regularly do tinsel and feathers here! My inner child was so happy to get feathers and my daughter got tinsel. Will definitely become our regular place. Highly recommend whether or not you’re looking for a place for yourself or your kids.
